The Sonoff Zigbee Bridge module creates a gateway on your Wi-Fi network to connect your Zigbee devices. allowing you to seamlessly integrate a variety of Zigbee Sensors into your networ. It will allow for up to 32 connected devices of choice, including wireless sensors, switches, power sockets etc

eWeLink firmware is the standard Sonoff firmware for use with the eWeLink App.
Tasmota firmware is for use with Home Assistant, ZHA and Zigbee2MQTT.

Changing your address

We cannot change the delivery address once the order has been shipped. Please note that we process and dispatch orders within one working day of placing the order.

If your order has already been dispatched via Australia Post, you can login to your AusPost MyPost account and request for the parcel to be redirected to a new address. We are unable to make any changes after dispatch.

Cancellations

If you change your mind before you receive your order, we can accept cancellations at any time before the order is shipped. Please refer to our refund policy if an order has already been shipped.

Parcels damaged in transit:

If you find that a parcel has been damaged in transit, you must refuse the parcel from the courier and contact our customer service team. If the parcel was delivered in your absence, please contact customer service to find out how to proceed.
