SONOFF SNZB-02LD IP65 Zigbee LCD Smart Thermometer with 1.5m Probe

The SONOFF SNZB-02LD is a Zigbee 3.0 smart thermometer designed for accurate temperature monitoring in liquids, refrigerators, pipes, aquariums, water tanks and other enclosed or humid environments. It combines a clear 2.2-inch LCD display with a 1.5 m external temperature probe, allowing the sensing point to be placed where a standard room sensor cannot.

1.5m External Probe for Flexible Temperature Monitoring

The 1.5 m probe makes the SNZB-02LD suitable for measuring temperatures inside liquids and enclosed spaces. The probe supports a working temperature range of -40°C to 115°C, while the main host operates from -10°C to 60°C.

IP65 Protection for Humid and Splash-Prone Areas

The SNZB-02LD has an IP65-rated enclosure designed for humid and splash-prone environments. IP65 protection does not mean the complete device can be submerged. SONOFF advises avoiding submersion, high-pressure water jets and outdoor placement where the device may be exposed to rain.

Clear 2.2-Inch LCD Display

The built-in 2.2-inch LCD screen provides a convenient way to check the current temperature directly from the device.

Zigbee 3.0 Smart Home Connectivity

The SNZB-02LD uses Zigbee 3.0 and can work with compatible Zigbee hubs and gateways, including SONOFF iHost, NSPanel Pro, ZBBridge-P, ZBBridge-U, ZBDongle-E and ZBDongle-P. It can also be integrated with compatible open-source smart home platforms such as Home Assistant through supported Zigbee integrations.

Remote Monitoring, History and Data Export

When connected through a compatible Zigbee hub and the eWeLink app, temperature data can be monitored remotely. The eWeLink app can display historical temperature data by day, month and up to six months, with up to 180 days of stored data available for viewing and export.

Temperature Alerts and Smart Automation

The SNZB-02LD can be used with eWeLink smart scenes to create temperature-based automations and notifications for abnormal temperature conditions, subject to the capabilities of the connected hub and platform.

Temperature Accuracy and Refresh Rate

SONOFF lists temperature accuracy of ±0.2°C for the SNZB-02LD and a configurable refresh rate of up to every 5 seconds. Actual reporting behaviour can depend on the connected Zigbee platform and configuration.
