The SNZB-04P is the upgraded version of the popular SNZB-04 door/window sensor, now with improved design and performance. Utilising the Zigbee 3.0 protocol, it seamlessly integrates with compatible smart home hubs like Home Assistant (ZHA or Zigbee2QWTT), Sonoff eWeLink apps and Amazon's Echo Plus 2nd Gen.

What sets the SNZB-04P apart is its enhanced security features. It is equipped with a tamper-proof design that will trigger an alert and send a notification to your smartphone if the sensor is disturbed or removed from its installed location. This gives you peace of mind knowing your home is protected against unauthorised entry.

The sensor also boasts an impressive 5-year battery life, reducing the hassle of frequent battery changes. With a maximum installation distance of 20mm between transmitter and magnet, it can accommodate a wide range of door and window configurations.

* In order to use this product, a Zigbee hub or gateway is necessary. The Sonoff ZBBridge gateway is recommended if you plan to use the eWeLink app, which is the default Sonoff app. Additionally, the ZBDongle devices work well with the ZHA or Zigbee2MQTT platforms. Both of these options allow for integration with open smart home platforms such as Home Assistant and OpenHab.
