Boasting a high signal-to-noise ratio of 61dB, the INMP441 excels in near field applications, ensuring clear and accurate audio capture. Its flat wideband frequency response further enhances the fidelity of natural sound, resulting in a highly defined output. With its digital I2S interface, the microphone achieves high precision 24-bit resolution.
This is a great option if you want to enable audio input for the new Home Assistant Voice Assist. Can be used with ESPHome voice assist via ESP8266 or ESP32 microcontroller. Also compatible with Arduino, Tasmota and other open embedded IoT platforms.
