The Wemos C3 Pico ushers in the newest generation of Wemos boards compatible with the popular D1 Mini form factor. This board has been modernised by upgrading to the powerful and versatile ESP32-C3 microcontroller, which provides significant performance and memory improvements, and additional enhancements. It shrinks the size of board down to the minimum to still maintain compabilty with D1 Mini shields, while also adding support for battery powered operation. The WeMos C3 Pico is capable of handling complex IoT projects with ease.

This is a complete redesign compared to the C3 Mini , with new features:

on-board RGB LED
Built in support and charger for 3.7V Lithium Battery
Lolin I2C port (uses same connector as StemmaQT/QWIIC but with a different pinout, so you would need to make an adapter cable for use with these devices)
Upgraded to Ceramic antenna
